She fractured her fibula after slipping on a 'dodgy wet pavement' in Blackpool  earlier this month.
But that wasn't going to stop Brenda Edwards from enjoying a night out at the National Awards at Porchester Hall on Thursday. 
The panellist, 53, appeared victorious as she carried one of the gongs home while also pushing her walking frame.

Stepping out in a medical boot following the injury, first aid gold coast Brenda was determined not to let the injury get the better of her and first aid gold coast got all dolled up for the night.

Dazzling in a sequin style jumpsuit, Brenda looked radiant as she left the Bayswater venue.
Carrying a Hunter cross-body bag with her, the TV presenter made sure she balanced the rest of the goods from the night on her walker.

The entertainer also cleverly placed a goody bag from the event on the handle of her zimmer frame. 
The appearance comes after the TV favourite, is 'gutted' not to be able to go through with her Chicago performance, lamenting that she was willing to do the show with her injury.
The star - who stars as Matron 'Mama' Morton in the musical - took to Instagram to share a snap of her right leg bandaged up in a cast.

Posting the update to her 113,000 followers, Brenda expressed her dismay at her injury.
She penned: 'I'm absolutely gutted that I will not be able to do my 2 shows today @ChicagoOnStage @WGBpl.
'After slipping on a dodgy wet pavement here in Blackpool and fracturing my fibula.

'Trust me when I say I was ready to go on in a wheelchair to do my shows today, as there is nothing wrong with my voice but obviously for insurance reasons I can't.
'I'm hoping when I get back home later I can get it sorted to rejoin the wonderful talented cast at some point next week in Sheffield.
